- • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads in APAC, initiating cold calls, crafting targeted emails, and leveraging social media to generate new sales opportunities.
- • Promptly follow up on inbound leads to ensure timely engagement and prevent loss of potential customers, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all communications.
- • Utilize prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.ai to identify, research, and qualify target prospects, coordinating with assigned sales representatives to execute effective handoff plans.
- • Manage the scheduling and calendaring of sales calls, discovery meetings, and other customer engagements to ensure seamless coordination across the sales pipeline.
- • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions within CRM systems, executing follow-ups with agility and precision to drive pipeline growth.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and Operations teams to align sales development efforts with product capabilities and customer needs.
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales development best practices, including email and call scripts, outreach strategies, and qualification frameworks.
- • Stay current on Horizon3.ai’s NodeZero™ platform, including its features, use cases, and technical value propositions, to confidently answer prospect questions and articulate product benefits.
- • Set, track, and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently demonstrating progress toward revenue goals through measurable outreach and conversion metrics.
- • Participate in team strategy sessions to innovate and improve the overall sales development process, bringing creative and entrepreneurial solutions to pipeline challenges.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, SaaS sales dynamics, and compliance standards relevant to the product’s target markets, including IoT security and data privacy regulations.
- • Prepare for and participate in occasional APAC-based travel for sales-related activities, with all travel requiring prior manager approval.
