  • • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the SMB segment in ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers for Deel’s all-in-one global payroll and HR platform. Your work directly contributes to pipeline development and revenue performance in a fast-growing SaaS company that is transforming how businesses hire and manage talent across borders.
  • • Day to day, you will generate new business opportunities through strategic inbound and outbound prospecting using email, phone, social channels, events, and targeted campaigns; research and qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and readiness to engage; create and execute personalized outreach sequences to map and penetrate accounts; nurture leads through the buyer journey with timely education and follow-up; maintain accurate CRM and sales engagement tool data; collaborate with Account Executives for seamless handoff of qualified opportunities; partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to refine messaging and workflows; consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, Sales Qualified Opportunities, and pipeline contribution; and participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development to sharpen your sales acumen.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in sales development, business development, or outbound commercial roles, with a proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline-generation targets.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and engage prospects effectively across email, phone, and social channels.
  • • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote-friendly environment.
  • • Comfortable working autonomously with initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and adaptability to evolving processes, products, or market focus.
  • • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus; familiarity with HR tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments is beneficial but not required.
