- • As a Sales Development Representative focused on the SMB segment in ASEAN, you will be a critical driver of top-of-funnel growth for Deel, directly contributing to pipeline development and revenue performance by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers in a high-growth, global SaaS environment.
- • You will generate new business opportunities through strategic inbound and outbound prospecting across email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns, while researching and qualifying leads by understanding their specific HR and payroll challenges to determine readiness to engage with Deel’s all-in-one platform.
- • Your day-to-day will involve creating and executing personalized outreach sequences, nurturing leads through the buyer journey, educating prospects on Deel’s solutions for global teams, and progressing them toward qualified meetings or next steps with Account Executives.
- • You will maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM and sales engagement tools, collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and workflows, and actively participate in identifying cross-sell or expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- • Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, Sales Qualified Opportunities, and pipeline contribution will be central to your success, supported by ongoing training, coaching, and skill development in a fast-paced, remote-friendly culture.
- • You will join a globally distributed team of over 7,000 across 100+ countries, speaking 74 languages, where innovation, diversity, and continuous learning are core to Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity through compliant, scalable HR and payroll infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in sales development, business development, or outbound commercial roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline-generation targets.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to craft compelling written outreach messages and engage prospects effectively across multiple channels such as email, phone, and social platforms.
- • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities and outreach activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment.
- • Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and sourcing solutions independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong growth orientation.
- • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus; familiarity with HR tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments is beneficial but not required.
