- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Southeast Asia at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads for the company’s Global HR Platform. Your work directly supports the sales pipeline by helping prospective customers understand how Remote enables compliant, scalable international hiring and payroll solutions.
- • Day to day, you will source new sales prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot, conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns, research target accounts, communicate Remote’s value proposition clearly, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, and provide support to the sales team as needed. You will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems and continuously refine your approach based on feedback and performance metrics.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed Sales team at Remote, a company operating across 6 continents with a mission to simplify global employment compliance. The team is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on solving complex challenges in the HR tech space through AI-enabled tools and data-informed processes.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales skills, deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS sales cycles, and gain experience selling complex HR technology solutions to international clients. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into senior sales or account executive roles, supported by Remote’s internal mobility philosophy, learning budget, and commitment to employee development. Success here means mastering consultative selling, building resilience through rejection, and contributing meaningfully to the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven business development success with experience using core sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Chorus (knowledge of these is a plus)
- • Prior experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong listening abilities and a positive, energetic phone presence
- • Ability to think strategically and tactically, maintain resilience in the face of rejection, and demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive work ethic
- • Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a plus but optional
- • Experience working remotely is not required but considered advantageous
