- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Southeast Asia, you will play a critical role in driving Remote’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads in key markets where Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa language skills are an asset. This role is essential to expanding Remote’s global HR platform into new territories and supporting the company’s mission to simplify international employment compliance.
- • Day to day, you will source new sales prospects, conduct outbound outreach via cold calls and digital channels, qualify leads based on business needs, book appointments for Account Executives, create targeted account lists, research key decision-makers, and support the sales team by educating prospects and preparing them for handoff. You will also collaborate with the outbound sales development manager and contribute to pipeline generation using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus.
- • You will join a globally distributed, asynchronous-first Sales team at Remote Technologies Inc., a company operating across six continents with a mission to make global employment simple, compliant, and equitable. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven business development success with experience using core sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Chorus (knowledge of these is a plus)
- • Prior experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a plus but optional
- • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including strong listening abilities, persuasive speaking, and a positive, energetic phone presence
- • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically, maintain resilience in the face of rejection, and take initiative as a self-starter who brings new ideas to the team
