📋 Description

• The Sales Development Representative (Turismo & Hotelería) role at Distro, Inc. focuses on managing inbound leads and closing sales for an international hotel sector client, playing a key part in driving revenue through exceptional customer service and sales execution in the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Day to day, the representative will manage tourism package reservations, coordinate with international hotels, attend to customer inquiries via phone and email, identify client needs to offer personalized solutions, close sales from inbound leads (without outbound prospecting), record all interactions in a CRM system requiring a wired internet connection, maintain high service standards, follow up on opportunities, and collaborate with the team to refine and improve sales processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in tourism, hospitality, or contact centers (e.g., Airbnb, Expedia, Booking)
• English proficiency at B2+ level, preferably C1
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
