- • Join PerfectServe as a Sales Development Representative and launch your career at the intersection of cutting-edge SaaS technology and life-saving healthcare communication. You’ll be the first voice a health system hears when they discover how PerfectServe unifies physicians, nurses, and care teams onto one secure platform—eliminating the chaos of pagers, missed calls, and delayed treatment decisions.
- • Own the top of the funnel: every day you’ll research, prospect, and qualify new opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and large ambulatory groups across the United States. Using Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you’ll build laser-focused target lists, craft personalized multi-touch sequences, and set high-value meetings for our regional Account Executives.
- • Master the art of the cold call and the warm intro. You’ll average 60–80 outbound activities daily—calls, emails, social touches, and video messages—while maintaining a cheerful, consultative tone that positions you as a trusted advisor rather than a telemarketer. Expect to book 12–15 qualified meetings per month and consistently exceed pipeline-generation quotas.
- • Become fluent in clinical workflows. Through our structured onboarding bootcamp and ongoing Lunch-and-Learn sessions with physicians and product managers, you’ll learn how PerfectServe’s Dynamic Intelligent Routing®, secure messaging, and on-call scheduling solve real pain points such as ED throughput, patient leakage, and HIPAA-compliant communication.
- • Collaborate in a high-energy, fully remote pod structure. You’ll huddle daily with your SDR teammates, weekly with marketing to refine messaging, and monthly with sales engineering to demo new features. Your feedback directly influences product roadmaps and marketing campaigns—your voice matters.
- • Track, measure, and iterate. You’ll maintain pristine CRM hygiene, forecast pipeline weekly, and run A/B tests on subject lines, call scripts, and value propositions. We celebrate data-driven wins in our #wins Slack channel and share best practices every Friday during Gong review sessions.
- • Grow fast. Top-performing SDRs are promoted to Account Executive, Customer Success, or Sales Engineering within 12–18 months. You’ll craft an Individual Development Plan with your manager, shadow AEs on discovery calls, and receive quarterly career coaching from our VP of Sales.
