- • Lead and manage a team of 3–5 appointment setters to ensure consistent performance, adherence to sales processes, and high-quality communication.
- • Conduct daily standups to align team priorities, set performance expectations, and address operational blockers.
- • Audit sales calls to evaluate communication quality, professionalism, and compliance with company standards.
- • Monitor team inboxes, Slack communications, and calendars to ensure timely follow-ups and organizational efficiency.
- • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to improve individual and team performance.
- • Track and report on key sales KPIs including speed-to-lead, appointments booked, follow-up efficiency, and conversion rates.
- • Prepare and deliver accurate sales performance reports to leadership using structured metrics and data-driven insights.
- • Proactively manage reschedules, cancellations, and no-shows to maintain optimal appointment flow and minimize revenue loss.
- • Ensure strict adherence to company processes, policies, and operational standards across all team activities.
- • Oversee CRM systems and appointment workflows, with primary use of GHL, to maintain accurate pipeline tracking and record organization.
- • Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and implement process improvements to enhance appointment quality and operational speed.
- • Coach team members on effective sales communication, messaging frameworks, and follow-up best practices.
- • Support skill development initiatives to build a structured, accountable, and high-performing sales environment.
- • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of team activities, performance metrics, and process updates.
- • Ensure all team members consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and conversion targets.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple workflows, priorities, and communication channels simultaneously.
- • Utilize analytical capabilities to interpret sales data and translate findings into actionable team improvements.
- • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the appointment-setting team.
- • Work exclusively during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones and support U.S.-based clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or team leadership
- • Experience managing appointment-setting teams and improving sales performance metrics
- • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably GHL
- • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities
- • Process-oriented mindset with strong operational follow-through
