- • As a Sales Development Representative at ElevenLabs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and engaging high-potential enterprise clients across the UK and Ireland, directly contributing to the expansion of ElevenLabs’ AI-powered voice technology into new markets and use cases.
- • You will be instrumental in building the foundation of ElevenLabs’ outbound sales engine, helping transform innovative AI audio solutions into real-world business impact for enterprises seeking to enhance customer experiences, create immersive content, and unlock new monetization pathways through voice and audio AI.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting deep market research to identify and prioritize target accounts in key verticals such as telecommunications, media, entertainment, and enterprise software, leveraging both public data and internal intelligence to build highly qualified lead lists.
- • You will execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using cold calling, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital touchpoints to initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers, tailoring your messaging to resonate with each prospect’s unique business challenges and goals.
- • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to share insights on prospect feedback, objections, and competitive landscape, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and continuously refining outreach strategies based on real-time market learnings.
- • You will monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators including outreach volume, response rates, meeting conversion rates, and lead quality, using data to iterate and optimize tactics for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- • You will participate in regular sales strategy sessions with leadership to analyze trends, test new messaging frameworks, and contribute to the evolution of ElevenLabs’ go-to-market approach in the UK/I region.
- • You will help scale ElevenLabs’ outbound motion by documenting best practices, creating playbooks, and suggesting improvements to tools and processes, ensuring the team operates with increasing precision and impact as the company grows.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3+ years of proven outbound B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of securing net-new business meetings with enterprise clients
- • Demonstrated ability to research, build, and qualify high-value opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and verticals using data-driven approaches
- • Fluency with modern sales engagement and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar) and expertise in executing multi-channel outreach campaigns
- • Experience designing and scaling outbound processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments, including A/B testing messaging, optimizing cadences, and improving conversion metrics
- • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative, feedback-driven team culture
- • Excellent prioritization and time management skills to handle high volumes of leads efficiently without sacrificing personalization or quality
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling, tailored messaging that resonates with senior stakeholders
