- • As a Sales Director at Uniphore Technologies Inc., you will drive enterprise growth by leading strategic sales initiatives across France and the broader European region, engaging senior decision-makers to close high-value AI, CX, and SaaS deals.
- • You will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and territory planning to deal closure and expansion—while mentoring account executives and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver end-to-end customer value.
- • Uniphore is a rapidly scaling B2B AI-native company delivering multimodal AI solutions (Generative, Knowledge, Emotion AI) that unify customer and employee experiences through secure, composable, and sovereign AI platforms trusted by global enterprises.
- • In this role, you will build and maintain C-level relationships in priority sectors like banking, insurance, telecom, and energy, represent Uniphore as a thought leader in AI innovation, and directly contribute to the company’s regional expansion and market leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience in AI, CX, SaaS, automation, or cloud technologies
- • Proven track record of successfully managing and closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with C-suite executives and strategic partners
- • Established industry relationships in at least one priority sector (banking, insurance, telecom, media, retail, or energy & utilities)
- • Strong negotiation, contract, financial, and commercial acumen
- • Based in London with willingness to travel regionally as needed
