📋 Description

• • The Sales Director (SD) provides sales leadership and coordinates training activities for independent agents in their down-line, while also being responsible for personal sales when directed by management, playing a critical role in driving revenue and agent performance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting new independent contractor agents, following up with new agents to ensure efficient onboarding, regularly training agents on products and selling tools, communicating with and retaining top-level agents, attending required management meetings, and striving to meet company sales objectives.
