📋 Description

  • As Sales Director DACH Süd (m/w/d) at Arctic Wolf Networks, you will lead and scale a high-performance acquisition sales team across Southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, driving sustainable revenue growth and market expansion in a critical region for the company’s cybersecurity solutions.
  • You will own end-to-end regional sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, go-to-market planning, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while adapting strategies to local market dynamics in the DACH Süd territory.
  • You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging, enable partner ecosystems, and enhance customer retention and expansion through coordinated cross-functional initiatives.
  • You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop top-tier sales talent, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning to build a resilient, high-performing team capable of exceeding targets in fast-moving SaaS environments.
  • You will represent Arctic Wolf at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements across the region, positioning the company as a trusted leader in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Security Operations Platforms, leveraging award-winning credentials like the CRN Product of the Year 2024 and Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice.
  • You will ensure your team maintains deep expertise in Arctic Wolf’s Aurora Platform, value proposition, and competitive landscape through ongoing training and enablement, directly contributing to improved win rates, deal velocity, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will operate within a globally recognized, award-winning cybersecurity leader — featured in Forbes Cloud 100, CNBC Disruptor 50, Fortune Future 50, and Fortune Cyber 60 — where your leadership directly supports the mission to End Cyber Risk through innovation, integrity, and inclusive teamwork.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing SaaS sales teams, preferably in the Mid-Market or Commercial segment, with a track record of building, scaling, and motivating high-performance teams.
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B technology sales experience, including several years in a formal leadership role, demonstrating consistent success in revenue attainment and team development.
  • Strong background in establishing new regions, scaling sales operations, and leading teams in fast-growing, dynamic environments with measurable outcomes in market penetration and quota achievement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven sales management, including proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems for forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and/or enterprise software, enabling credible technical conversations with prospects and effective enablement of sales engineers.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams, influence cross-functional partners, and build trust with C-level executives.
