  • • As Sales Director Europe at Veloq, you will own the commercial motion for a proven software platform powering next-generation grocery fulfilment across Europe, helping build a category-defining company from the ground up with direct access to the CEO and real ownership over revenue, strategy, and team building.
  • • You will own the EU revenue target and pipeline, deepen and expand qualified target accounts, close first major enterprise customers, build a repeatable sales motion, refine the sales playbook, lead consultative sales of warehouse automation and software solutions, build relationships with senior decision-makers in grocery, retail, and 3PL, work closely with the CEO on pricing and negotiations, partner with cross-functional teams to ensure deal success, represent Veloq at industry events, and lead and develop the commercial team as the company scales.
  • • Veloq is a standalone technology company spun out of Rohlik Group, leveraging proven technology already serving 850,000+ customers across five European markets to help grocers transform warehouse operations and scale same-day e-grocery profitably; you’ll join a lean, high-ownership environment where you help define sales strategy, processes, and culture from scratch.
  • • You will have the opportunity to shape pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy from day one, build a scalable sales engine, lead a high-performing team, gain deep expertise in warehouse automation and e-grocery economics, and directly contribute to the growth of a innovative B2B SaaS platform in logistics and supply chain technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or supply chain/logistics technology sales
  • • At least 5 years in senior commercial and/or hunter roles
  • • Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas at €1M+ ARR level
  • • Strong experience selling into retail, grocery, or logistics operations at C-level/VP level
  • • Strong understanding of warehouse automation and e-grocery economics
  • • Proven people management experience — coaching, performance management, building strong sales culture
