📋 Description
- • The Sales Director will lead Avantor's Laboratory Design group's technical Sales Specialist team and serve as a key stakeholder in expanding into the high-end laboratory design market, leveraging Avantor's expertise in supply chain, product offerings, scientific knowledge, technology, and global footprint to design and build laboratories for customer science.
- • Day to day responsibilities include leading and developing a team of sales professionals, building scalable programs, utilizing Avantor's database of key accounts to develop project pipelines, recruiting and training team members, screening business deals by analyzing market strategies and financial impact, and negotiating and closing business relationships to position Avantor as a premier brand in the laboratory design market.
