A critical aspect of this role is aligning our product capabilities with the unique pain points and strategic objectives of enterprise clients, thereby positioning Rwazi as an indispensable partner.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of exceeding new enterprise subscription revenue targets in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong emphasis on selling complex, high-value solutions.
  • • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle enterprise sales, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing multi-year contracts within the LATAM market.
  • • Deep understanding of AI, data analytics, or decision intelligence solutions and the ability to articulate their business value to C-suite executives.
  • • Exceptional executive engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex buying committees and influence key stakeholders.
  • • Strong pipeline management and forecasting accuracy, with a disciplined approach to deal progression and sales process adherence.
  • • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, in addition to English, is highly desirable for effective communication across the LATAM region.
