đź“‹ Description

  • • As the Sales Director for the Middle East at Rwazi Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving new revenue growth for our cutting-edge enterprise AI-powered decision intelligence subscriptions within this dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
  • • This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role where you will be directly accountable for landing new enterprise accounts and strategically expanding our footprint within existing subscriptions. Your primary objective is to achieve and exceed new revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management, cultivating strong executive-level relationships, and employing a value-based selling methodology.
  • • Your mandate is clear: revenue ownership. This role is not about managing existing client relationships passively; it's about actively identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, as well as identifying and capitalizing on expansion potential within our current customer base.
  • • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing multi-year subscription contracts. This requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be to maintain a highly predictable and accurate sales forecast. This involves rigorous pipeline management, understanding deal progression, and providing clear visibility to leadership on expected revenue outcomes.
  • • You will be adept at navigating complex buying committees, identifying key stakeholders, understanding their individual needs and motivations, and aligning them towards a common decision. This requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • • A core responsibility is to deeply understand the unique pain points and strategic objectives of enterprise clients in the Middle East and effectively articulate how Rwazi's AI-powered decision intelligence solutions can address these challenges and deliver tangible business value.
  • • You will be instrumental in driving the expansion of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within existing accounts. This involves identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions to new departments or for new use cases within established enterprise clients.
  • • Maintaining structured deal discipline is paramount. This means adhering to defined sales processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place, and managing deals with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.
  • • You will represent Rwazi Inc. at the highest executive buyer levels, building trust and credibility as a strategic partner who understands their business challenges and can offer innovative solutions.
  • • The impact of your work will be directly measured by increased ARR, higher win rates for new business opportunities, larger average deal sizes, and a significantly strengthened market penetration for Rwazi within the Middle East.
  • • This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a challenging and rewarding sales environment. You will leverage your expertise in enterprise software sales, your understanding of AI and decision intelligence, and your strong business acumen to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
  • • You will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Middle East, identifying key target industries and accounts, and tailoring your approach to resonate with the specific business landscape of the region.
  • • Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, will be essential to ensure a seamless customer journey and to gather market intelligence that informs our product development and sales strategies.
  • • Ultimately, you will be the driving force behind Rwazi's success in the Middle East, building a robust and sustainable revenue stream through your exceptional sales leadership and execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of exceeding new enterprise subscription revenue targets in the Middle East market.
  • • Deep understanding of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions and their application in enterprise environments.
  • • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and close multi-year subscription contracts.
  • • Strong pipeline management skills with a history of accurate forecasting.
  • • Experience in full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting to closing.
