- • Lead a team of eight to twelve high-performing, full-cycle sales specialists focused on hunting and winning new SMB accounts for Clover solutions, driving new logo growth through relentless prospecting and disciplined pipeline execution.
- • Set and drive a clear new-business operating cadence with daily activity targets, weekly pipeline generation goals, and monthly bookings, ensuring accountability to results and accurate weekly forecasting and reporting.
- • Build a team culture of proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling, door-opening, social selling, and email outreach to continuously feed a healthy top-of-funnel and own pipeline management standards including stage definitions, next-step rigor, and CRM hygiene.
- • Coach and develop direct reports through ride-alongs, call reviews, and regular deal/pipeline inspections to improve conversion at each stage from connect to implementation, while establishing a trusted-advisor approach that wins new business and sets the foundation for long-term client relationships.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of three years of successful SMB B2B sales and sales leadership experience with a consistent track record of new logo acquisition and team performance in outbound prospecting
- • Proven ability to build, manage, and improve a high-velocity pipeline including qualification, stage progression, deal strategy, CRM hygiene, and forecasting accuracy
- • Passion for developing talent through structured coaching, clear expectations, and performance management—celebrating wins while driving continuous improvement

- • Salary range of $85,600.00 - $182,200.00 for employees in New Jersey and New York
