- • As a Sales Director for the Payer vertical at Fabric Health, you will lead and execute the company's growth strategy by building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at key health plans, transforming Fabric's presence in the strategic West Coast market and driving significant revenue growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging executive decision-makers, developing and managing a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach and marketing collaboration, leading end-to-end enterprise sales processes from initial engagement to deal closure, delivering tailored presentations to payer audiences, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop sales-enabling materials, staying informed on payer trends and competitive dynamics, maintaining accurate CRM data, and sharing field feedback to inform product and strategy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise solutions to healthcare organizations, with a focus on health plans
- • Track record of success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in SaaS, healthcare IT, or healthcare services
- • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quota in a high-growth or startup environment
- • Experience negotiating large, strategic deals with enterprise customers
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust at the executive level
