FortifyIQ Inc. is seeking an accomplished and strategic Sales Director to spearhead our global expansion efforts, focusing on key regions including the USA, EMEA, and APAC. - • As the Sales Director, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our global sales strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue expansion by managing and growing our existing strategic accounts, while simultaneously identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This will involve a deep understanding of the semiconductor landscape, including the intricacies of IP licensing, silicon design, and the evolving needs of our diverse customer base, ranging from established industry giants to innovative startups.
- • You will be expected to develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, forecasts, and strategies tailored to each target region. This includes conducting thorough market analysis, competitor research, and identifying key market trends and customer pain points. - • A significant part of your role will involve direct engagement with C-level executives and key decision-makers within our target accounts. - • While this role is primarily focused on revenue generation and account management, you will also play a key role in collaborating with our product management, engineering, and marketing teams. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the semiconductor IP or silicon solutions industry, with a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- • Deep understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, including IP licensing models, silicon design flows, and key market trends.
- • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in global accounts.
- • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with complex contract negotiations and deal structuring.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Experience managing and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required for client meetings and industry events.
