As the Sales Director, US, you will be responsible for articulating this value proposition to C-suite executives and key decision-makers, demonstrating how our technology can solve their most pressing business challenges and deliver tangible ROI.
  • • This is a revenue-ownership role, demanding a proactive and results-oriented approach. Your primary focus will be on landing new enterprise logos and expanding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within our existing customer base. Success will be measured by your ability to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management, strategic engagement with executive buyers, and a deep understanding of value-based selling methodologies.
  • • You will be expected to manage the full-cycle enterprise sales process, encompassing prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. This includes developing and nurturing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring predictable forecast accuracy, and meticulously managing deal progression through every stage. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify key stakeholders within enterprise buying committees will be critical.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves understanding and aligning Rwazi's advanced product capabilities with the specific pain points and strategic objectives of our enterprise clients. You will need to translate technical features into business benefits, demonstrating how our AI-powered decision intelligence can drive significant improvements in areas such as operational efficiency, customer acquisition, risk management, and strategic planning.
  • • The Sales Director, US will be responsible for closing multi-year subscription contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustained revenue streams. Furthermore, you will spearhead expansion efforts within multi-departmental enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities to introduce additional Rwazi solutions and deepen our integration across various business units. This requires a strategic mindset focused on account growth and customer lifetime value.
  • • Your impact will be directly measured by the increase in ARR, higher win rates on enterprise deals, larger average deal sizes, and a strengthened overall market penetration for Rwazi within the United States.   • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding enterprise sales quotas in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on selling complex, high-value solutions.
  • • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle enterprise sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing multi-year subscription contracts.
  • • Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, or decision intelligence technologies and their application in solving enterprise business problems.
  • • Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex buying committees and build rapport with C-suite stakeholders.
  • • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote, global setting, managing time effectively and maintaining a structured approach to sales activities.
