- • As a Sales Enablement Lead at Bedrock Ocean Exploration, you will own the infrastructure, coordination, and communication that keeps the commercial team moving, directly supporting the company’s mission to map the ocean and build a sustainable commercial engine.
- • Day to day, you will run GTM team meetings, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, build pipeline reports and forecasts, coordinate proposals and pricing workbooks, manage sales tools, and ensure commercial updates are distributed company-wide.
- • You will sit inside the commercial team, working closely with the Head of Sales Enablement and leadership to establish reliable systems for deal tracking, forecasting, and sales execution.
- • In this role, you will build and improve critical revenue infrastructure, gain end-to-end ownership of sales enablement systems, and develop expertise in CRM management, forecast modeling, pricing discipline, and cross-functional GTM operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • HubSpot-native experience: owned a HubSpot instance at an operating company, not just used it as an end user
- • Experience owning pipeline reporting that leadership actually used
- • Experience owning proposal or bid coordination workflows from intake to delivery
- • Experience owning a pricing or cost model tied to real operations
- • Working knowledge of weighted forecast modeling (stage-based and win-rate-based)
- • Comfortable building spreadsheet and financial models from scratch
