- • As the Sales Enablement Lead at Alan SAS, you will build and scale a world-class sales enablement function across four countries—France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada—directly contributing to the transformation of Alan’s >200-person sales organization into a team of trusted advisors who drive health outcomes and business growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, where you will define the long-term vision for sales enablement while personally designing and delivering high-impact training programs that upskill sales teams in insurance expertise, product mastery, legal environments, and consultative selling.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining and driving the long-term vision for Sales Enablement at Alan, coordinating the team roadmap to ensure stellar delivery across global markets, and engaging with senior sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with business priorities such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention. You will analyze sales performance data to identify where enablement can drive the most impact, lead experimentation with AI-powered tools like role-play simulations and personalized learning paths, and spend significant time in the field observing sales interactions to uncover skill gaps and performance barriers.
- • You will design and deliver impactful training programs covering sales skills, insurance knowledge, regulatory compliance, and product mastery, building training assets by coordinating with internal subject matter experts and leadership. This includes training sales teams from onboarding through career progression, ensuring proper change management as the organization scales into new countries and launches new products, and supporting the growth of the sales organization to 225+ people by year-end through structured, repeatable enablement processes.
- • Alan operates on a foundation of radical transparency, distributed ownership, and continuous growth—principles that empower you to make data-informed decisions, own outcomes end-to-end, and grow alongside a mission-driven team. You will join at a pivotal inflection point as Alan transitions from a France-first operation to a truly global health partner, meaning your decisions on tools, processes, team structure, and content formats will shape the sales enablement function for years to come.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in scaling enablement functions in high-growth, international environments, mastering the balance between strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will gain experience in leveraging AI for learning innovation, building cross-cultural training programs, and measuring enablement ROI through rigorous KPIs—positioning yourself as a leader who can transform sales effectiveness in complex, mission-driven organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Sales Leadership
- • Fluency in English is required
- • Proven track record of leading and scaling enablement functions or training programs in high-growth environments
- • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to engage, influence, and align senior leaders across multiple countries
- • Strong analytical mindset—ability to interpret sales performance data and connect enablement initiatives to measurable business impact
- • Willingness to act as both a leader and individual contributor, including designing and delivering training programs hands-on
