- • Own the end-to-end design, build, and continuous optimization of ConnectWise’s global sales enablement engine—translating ambitious revenue targets into scalable, data-driven programs that empower 500+ sellers across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- • Architect a living content ecosystem—playbooks, battle cards, competitive kill sheets, ROI calculators, video micro-lessons, certification tracks, and LMS pathways—that maps every asset to the buyer journey and seller competency gaps, ensuring 45,000 partners receive consistent, high-impact guidance.
- • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Field Enablement to identify win/loss drivers, forecast skill gaps, and prioritize initiatives that compress ramp time, lift win rates, and grow average deal size.
- • Establish a rigorous measurement framework—Kirkpatrick levels, content attribution, revenue influence, and NPS—to prove enablement ROI and secure executive buy-in for future investment; publish quarterly business reviews that spotlight leading indicators (content utilization, quiz scores, call scores) and lagging indicators (pipeline velocity, quota attainment).
- • Lead virtual and in-person boot camps, certifications, and micro-workshops that blend adult-learning best practices with interactive labs, role-plays, and real customer scenarios; coach frontline managers to reinforce learning through call reviews and deal coaching.
- • Curate and maintain a best-in-class tech stack—Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong, Chorus, Lessonly, or similar—ensuring seamless content discoverability, automated delivery, and actionable analytics; own governance, taxonomy, and quarterly audits.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every program—designing content that reflects our global partner base and facilitating courageous conversations that strengthen our inclusive culture.
- • Serve as the voice of the field—run monthly advisory boards, win/loss interviews, and Slack channels to surface friction points and co-create solutions with sellers, partners, and customers.
- • Drive cross-functional launches for new products, pricing, and vertical messaging—crafting launch calendars, readiness checklists, and certification paths that guarantee flawless execution.
- • Mentor junior enablement specialists and content creators, fostering a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement that keeps ConnectWise at the forefront of SaaS enablement excellence.
