- • As a Sales Enablement Manager at New Relic, you will serve as the internal expert and owner of value selling and sales process methodology, designing frameworks and programs that empower sellers to win business by focusing on outcomes, not features.
- • You will lead the design, build, and annual refresh of the company’s value selling framework, facilitate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Product, and partner with regional enablement leads to deliver programs globally across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- • You will partner with Marketing to build and manage a world-class sales content library, design and lead a global value selling curriculum, coach sellers on discovery best practices, and develop manager enablement content to reinforce sales process adherence and pipeline quality.
- • You will build and maintain documentation for each stage of the sales cycle, partner with Revenue Operations to ensure CRM alignment, and coach frontline managers to inspect deals and develop their teams through a structured sales methodology.
- • This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone energized by building lasting systems in a growing SaaS company, where you will leave a mark on how New Relic sells in an AI-first world.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in Sales Enablement with demonstrated global program ownership.
- • Deep expertise in a structured value selling methodology (e.g., Command of the Message, Challenger Sale) with hands-on experience certifying or coaching sellers.
- • Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence Sales leadership, Marketing stakeholders, and frontline managers across geographies.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to translate complex product capabilities into compelling business value narratives.
- • Highly collaborative, thriving in cross-functional environments across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success in a fast-paced SaaS setting.
- • Experience defining or codifying a B2B SaaS sales process and proven ability to coach managers on deal inspection, process reinforcement, and team development.
- • Willingness to travel as needed.
