- • As a Sales Enablement Manager at Onit, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering performance-focused enablement programs tailored for a sophisticated enterprise SaaS sales organization. This is a hands-on, build-and-facilitate position where your expertise will be instrumental in creating impactful learning experiences.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to architect and implement hybrid learning models that seamlessly blend structured digital learning modules with high-impact, live activation sessions. This comprehensive approach ensures that our sales team receives a well-rounded and effective development experience.
- • You will be accountable for developing the entire learning journey, from the initial digital pre-work, including engaging eLearning content, to practical, role-based workshops. The ultimate goal is to ensure that the training provided directly translates into tangible improvements in key sales performance indicators.
- • Specifically, you will focus on enhancing the quality of sales discovery calls, refining the articulation of value propositions, accelerating deal progression through the sales pipeline, and optimizing overall pipeline execution strategies.
- • Operating as a strategic performance partner to Sales Leadership, you will collaborate closely to standardize enterprise selling practices across the organization. This includes reinforcing the adoption of our established sales methodologies and ensuring consistent, high-level execution from both new hires and seasoned sales professionals.
- • You will be tasked with identifying performance gaps and developing targeted enablement solutions to address them, ensuring that our sales force is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to succeed in a competitive market.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective training materials. You will leverage various learning technologies and platforms to deliver scalable and accessible training content.
- • Collaboration will be key, as you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and go-to-market strategies. This ensures that enablement programs are relevant, timely, and impactful.
- • You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of enablement programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, continuously iterating and improving the content and delivery methods to maximize ROI.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS sales cycle and the unique challenges faced by sales teams in this domain. Experience in developing and delivering training for complex technical products is highly desirable.
