- • The Sales Enablement Manager will serve as the central leader for sales coaching, performance improvement, and process optimization across the sales organization of a rapidly growing pest control company serving residential and commercial customers in South Louisiana.
- • Day to day, the role involves conducting regular coaching sessions with inside and outside sales representatives, reviewing sales calls and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, providing structured feedback on objection handling and closing techniques, implementing quality assurance processes for customer interactions, developing onboarding materials and training programs, creating SOPs and sales frameworks, running roleplay sessions and workshops, collaborating with leadership to optimize lead handling workflows and sales operations, identifying operational bottlenecks, supporting KPI tracking, and serving as a trusted mentor to foster a high-performance sales culture.
- • The company is a rapidly growing pest control business with a strong focus on inbound lead generation and digital marketing, supported by inside and outside sales teams, and is focused on strengthening sales performance, improving consistency, and building a more structured, accountability-driven sales organization as it scales.
- • In this role, the individual can expect to improve close rates and appointment conversion rates across sales teams, increase consistency in sales execution, strengthen accountability and performance visibility, improve onboarding and ramp-up processes for new hires, receive positive feedback on coaching and support, and drive measurable improvements in lead handling, follow-up systems, and sales KPIs while working closely with leadership to align sales initiatives with business goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales enablement, sales training, or sales management roles
- • Proven experience coaching sales teams and improving conversion performance
- • Experience working within inbound lead environments and high-volume sales processes
- • Experience in home services, pest control, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, or similar service-based industries strongly preferred
- • Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and consultative sales processes
- • Ability to analyze sales metrics and identify coaching opportunities
