- • As a Sales Enablement Manager at Drata, you will play a critical role in accelerating the performance and productivity of the sales organization by designing and delivering high-impact enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain onboarding programs for new sales hires, design ongoing enablement for core seller motions, partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to improve process adherence, create playbooks and collateral, enable the field on product launches, leverage AI tools to scale training, and define success metrics to continuously improve programs.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in scalable enablement strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven program optimization, directly contributing to seller ramp time, productivity, pipeline quality, and revenue growth while advancing your career in a high-velocity SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, sales leadership, or a closely related role
- • Experience supporting SaaS teams in product-driven environments
- • Strong ability to communicate, facilitate, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
- • Builder mindset with ability to create scalable programs, practical content, and repeatable systems in a fast-moving environment
- • Strong organization, project management, and coaching skills with a bias toward execution and accountability
- • Ability to connect enablement work to real business outcomes including seller productivity, pipeline quality, and revenue performance
