đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the end-to-end enablement journey for Covetrus’ Compounding & In-Clinic sales teams, designing and delivering scalable programs that accelerate revenue growth and deepen veterinary customer relationships.
  • • Build, curate, and continuously refresh a centralized library of high-impact assets—playbooks, battle cards, talk tracks, objection-handlers, email templates, and demo scripts—ensuring every rep has the right message at the right moment in every sales motion.
  • • Partner with Sales Ops, Analytics, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Product to translate business priorities into crisp, field-ready enablement that aligns with GTM launches, product releases, and market expansion initiatives.
  • • Establish a formal training curriculum for the compounding and in-clinic segments, leveraging adult-learning best practices, CE-directed modules, and “train-the-trainer” frameworks that scale from onboarding through advanced certification.
  • • Track and report on the effectiveness of every enablement touchpoint—content usage, knowledge retention, win-rate lift, and time-to-productivity—turning data into actionable insights that refine future programs and prove ROI to leadership.
  • • Champion the voice of the field by gathering frontline feedback through surveys, ride-alongs, win/loss interviews, and Slack channels, then rapidly iterate content and delivery methods to close identified gaps.
  • • Reinforce Covetrus’ sales methodology (discovery, qualification, close) across all customer-facing roles, embedding best-practice behaviors into daily workflows and CRM hygiene to drive forecast accuracy and deal velocity.
  • • Lead the creation of technically accurate, customer-facing materials—whitepapers, dosing calculators, case studies, and ROI tools—that empower reps to speak confidently about compounding science, regulatory standards, and in-clinic workflow integration.
  • • Design and execute quarterly readiness sprints that prepare the sales force for competitive threats, pricing changes, and new indication launches, ensuring flawless execution in the moments that matter most.
  • • Build an industry-leading compounding education platform that serves veterinarians, technicians, and practice managers with accredited CE courses, consumer resources, and clinic toolkits—positioning Covetrus as the definitive knowledge partner in animal-health compounding.
  • • Support national and regional veterinary meetings, trade shows, and customer advisory boards by producing speaker-ready decks, demo environments, and experiential learning labs that showcase our portfolio and thought leadership.
  • • Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for diverse buyer personas—from solo practitioners to multi-site corporate groups—tailoring content format and depth to each audience.
  • • Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch new SKUs and service lines, orchestrating field communication, training webinars, certification paths, and early-adopter feedback loops that accelerate adoption and revenue.
  • • Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive moves, distilling insights into concise briefs and battle cards that keep reps one step ahead in every conversation.
  • • Maintain rigorous version control, governance, and accessibility standards for all enablement assets, leveraging our LMS, CMS, and CRM integrations to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • • Influence without direct authority by building trust-based relationships with regional sales directors, marketing VPs, and clinical specialists, aligning cross-functional teams around shared KPIs and timelines.
  • • Model a growth mindset—experimenting with new formats (podcasts, micro-learning, VR simulations) and measurement techniques to keep our enablement engine best-in-class.
  • • Uphold Covetrus’ commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical conduct in every program, ensuring equitable access to development opportunities for all sales talent.
