Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As the SDR Enablement Manager at Ramp, you will build and own the programs, systems, and infrastructure that take SDRs from onboarding to full productivity in 90 days, equip the team to pitch a multi-product suite, and create sustainable coaching infrastructure that helps managers develop their people — not just manage their numbers.
  • • You will redesign and run the quarterly onboarding program for new SDR cohorts, build tracks covering sales methodology, professional fundamentals, cold calling, email craft, and multi-product qualification, and create field-ready resources like discovery questions and objection handlers that SDRs actually use on calls.
  • • You will develop continuous enablement infrastructure including segment-transition programs (SDR 201), multi-product readiness tracks for procurement, treasury, and AP personas, run data-driven enablement sessions monthly, and design behavior-change-focused incentives (SPIFFs) tied to specific outcomes like multi-channel adoption and new product motions.
  • • You will build coaching infrastructure for managers by translating metrics into coachable behaviors, developing tooling to diagnose rep-specific issues, creating mechanisms to spread top performer behaviors, and partnering with Sales Ops and data teams to measure what matters but isn’t yet tracked.
  • • You will own AI and systems enablement by building the first structured AI enablement program for SDRs, surfacing and formalizing field-driven tooling innovations, running tool proficiency programs, and working cross-functionally to consolidate rep feedback into product improvements.
  • • You will serve as the bridge between leadership priorities and field execution by turning strategic directives into specific discovery questions, owning the SDR segment at All Hands, and partnering with SDR leadership on the strategic program roadmap as a peer.
  • • Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating over $200B in annualized spend across 70,000+ companies, with customers saving 5% and growing revenue 16% in their first year — and you will directly enable the SDR team that drives this growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven frontline SDR experience including running cold calls, building sequences, managing a book of leads, and handling real objections (e.g., Amex or Concur) — L&D or content background without this experience is not sufficient.
  • • Track record of building enablement programs that outlast launch — embedded in manager workflows, sustained by data feedback loops, and refreshed cyclically rather than rebuilt — measured by behavior change at day 90, not completion rates.
  • • Ability to diagnose behavior gaps from activity data, email reply rates, and call patterns — distinguishing skill vs. execution gaps and forming coaching hypotheses before opening a content calendar.
  • • Experience building automated workflows, AI-assisted tools, or custom systems for SDR or sales use — treating AI as infrastructure, not novelty.
  • • Skill in translating leadership priorities into field-ready tactics — walking out of meetings with specific discovery questions, not summary decks or action items.
  • • History of proactively redesigning programs based on data before being asked — challenging your own work, spreading top performer practices, and treating each cohort as a chance to improve.

  • • Flexible PTO
  • • Unlimited AI token usage
  • • Centralized home-office equipment ordering
  • • Health and wellness stipend
  • • Budget for intra-office travel
  • • Weekly coffee stipend
  • • 100% medical, dental & vision insurance for employee (partial for dependents)

  • • Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
