- • Own end-to-end logistics for the annual Sales Kickoff (SKO), including venue sourcing, contracting, speaker coordination, attendee registration, materials production, visa support, and on-site execution.
- • Track and manage the SKO budget, coordinate vendor contracts, and align approval workflows with Finance and Leadership teams.
- • Plan and execute quarterly Sales and Marketing enablement events from initial scoping through post-event wrap-up, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Sales Enablement and cross-functional teams including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, People Ops, and Finance.
- • Proactively identify dependencies and potential blockers across workstreams, escalating risks to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
- • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): manage user accounts, enrollments, certification tracking, and generate completion and participation reports.
- • Maintain and update the Knowledge Management System (Confluence): ensure landing pages are current, archive outdated content, and enforce brand guidelines across all documentation.
- • Design, distribute, and analyze post-event and post-program surveys to extract actionable insights for improving enablement initiatives.
- • Produce regular reporting on program participation, completion rates, and engagement metrics across all enablement activities.
- • Maintain data hygiene across tracking systems by identifying gaps, anomalies, or inconsistencies and resolving them proactively.
- • Ensure all processes are well-documented, repeatable, and reliably executed to support scalability of the Sales Enablement function.
- • Support operational workflows related to budgeting, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination with Finance.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of brand standards and compliance requirements in all enablement materials and events.
- • Adapt communication style effectively when engaging with senior stakeholders, external vendors, and global cross-functional teams.
- • Maintain composure and deliver high-quality outcomes under high-volume deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- • Continuously improve operational workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance team productivity and reliability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in project management, operational enablement, event coordination, training administration, or a similar operational role
- • Hands-on experience coordinating internal or external events, ideally large-scale programs with 100+ participants
- • Strong project management and operational execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, milestones, and details simultaneously
- • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a structured approach to timelines, priorities, resources, and follow-ups
- • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style when working with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners
- • High attention to detail and the ability to think practically through logistics, risks, dependencies, and possible second-order consequences
