📋 Description

• • As the first Sales Enablement Systems Lead at ElevenLabs, you will architect and build the systems, infrastructure, and AI-powered tools that transform how the company manages and delivers internal knowledge to its Sales teams, directly impacting seller productivity and revenue growth.
• • You will own content and knowledge architecture by auditing current content across systems, designing a unified architecture, creating governance frameworks, and building a single source of truth for sales content; you will build enablement infrastructure by evolving LMS and knowledge systems, implementing modern tools, creating integrations with Salesforce and Slack, and designing personalized learning paths; you will create AI-powered enablement tools by building sales agents that surface content in workflow, contributing to GTM agent swarms, and using ElevenLabs' own voice technology to power just-in-time learning; you will drive agentic enablement by defining its vision, building AI coaching and role-play agents, and creating systems where content auto-updates based on product and market changes; you will coordinate cross-functional knowledge management with Product Marketing, Company Ops, and RevOps to align sales content with company-wide standards; you will measure and improve system health by defining metrics like content freshness and findability, building dashboards, and using data to optimize performance; and you will shape the function by documenting best practices, establishing operating rhythms, and influencing how the enablement systems evolve as the team scales.
