- • As a Sales Engineer at Firecrawl Inc., you will partner with Account Executives and founders to help technical buyers—engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML leads—understand how Firecrawl solves complex web-data challenges through live demos, proof-of-concepts, and deep technical engagement.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical walkthroughs and lightweight prototypes, diagnosing customer use cases, translating messy web data into structured LLM-ready outputs, and ensuring prospects reach the 'aha moment' where Firecrawl’s value becomes clear.
- • You will work within a small, fast-moving, technical team that has achieved 8 figures in ARR and over 80k GitHub stars by building the fastest way for developers to extract LLM-ready data from the web.
- • In this role, you will influence product direction by gathering field insights, improving API documentation, building sample projects, training new hires, and translating technical pain points into actionable product improvements—positioning you as a key bridge between customer needs and engineering execution.
