  • • Join Axis Communications, a global leader in innovative IT solutions for security surveillance and remote monitoring, as a Sales Engineer based remotely in Egypt, preferably Cairo.
  • • This pivotal role is integral to our Western Arabia sales team, driving business growth by managing all technical aspects of engagements with top-tier system integrators, large end-customers, and consultants.
  • • You will be the technical cornerstone, defining and architecting optimal solutions tailored to increase business within targeted partners and end-customers, ensuring Axis remains at the forefront of technological solutions.
  • • Your responsibilities extend to developing complex technical projects in close collaboration with various internal departments, directly contributing to the expansion of our business within your designated territories.
  • • A significant component of your role will involve educating stakeholders through the delivery of official Axis Academy training and customized workshops, solidifying your position as a subject matter expert.
  • • This is a proactive, hands-on position requiring engagement in the field, across inter-departmental collaborations, and direct interactions with partners and customers.
  • • You will be instrumental in designing bespoke solutions by deeply understanding the unique needs and challenges of local end-customers, A&E firms, and System Integrators.
  • • Consistently act as a trusted technical advisor, building credibility and fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • • Play a key role in influencing large tenders and responding to RFP/RFQ processes, leveraging your technical expertise to position Axis favorably.
  • • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Axis solutions, maintaining the highest technical standards and showcasing innovation.
  • • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to formulate and execute strategies that enhance Axis's market position across all levels within the territory.
  • • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers at major corporations, including system integrators and end-customers.
  • • Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest technological advancements, collaborating with local and global technology partners to ensure comprehensive solution offerings.
  • • Possess a holistic understanding of complete solutions, encompassing not only Axis products but also complementary networking, analytics, software, hardware, and services.
  • • Develop a keen awareness of the competitive landscape for each solution, diligently tracking projects and engaging with technical customer counterparts.
  • • Champion and implement pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate the value and efficacy of Axis solutions in real-world scenarios.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach, requiring you to identify opportunities, engage stakeholders, and drive technical discussions to successful outcomes.
  • • You will be a key contributor to Axis's mission of enabling a smarter, safer world through cutting-edge technology and expert technical guidance.
  • • The role involves domestic and international travel to support business objectives and engage with key stakeholders across the region.
