- • As a Sales Engineer at Kaseya Holdings Inc., you will drive revenue by managing the technical pre-sales process, partnering with Sales Executives to evangelize Kaseya’s IT infrastructure and security management solutions, deliver value-driven demonstrations, and architect tailored solutions for prospective and existing customers.
- • Day to day, you will design and deliver compelling, value-based technical demonstrations tailored to client pain points, lead technical evaluations, write proposals, handle technical objections, own the Proof of Concept (POC) process from infrastructure configuration to ROI validation, monitor and document technical requirements to build integrated solutions across IT Infrastructure monitoring, PSA, Security, BCDR, and IT Documentation, and share field insights with Product Management to help shape future product strategy.
