📋 Description

  • As a Sales Engineer at Phonely Inc., you will bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and customer needs, enabling the sales team to win complex deals by demonstrating how our voice AI platform solves real-world telephony workflows.
  • Day to day, you will partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, build and deliver customized demos, scope and manage proof-of-concepts, answer technical questions on APIs and telephony integrations, translate customer requirements into implementation plans, create technical documentation, support procurement and security reviews, provide feedback to product and engineering, build reusable demo environments, and stay current on voice AI technology.
  • Phonely is a fast-growing company building conversational voice AI agents for high-volume phone workflows, helping customers qualify leads, book appointments, route calls, and resolve customer conversations in production. The team values low egos, high standards, and a builder mindset, with a strong emphasis on technical excellence and customer impact.
  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in voice AI and telephony integrations, sharpen your technical communication and demo skills, gain end-to-end ownership of technical sales processes, and position yourself for growth into forward-deployed engineering, customer success, or product roles through direct collaboration with founders and engineering teams.
