📋 Description
- • As a Senior Sales Engineer (Developer-Focused) at Workana Limited, you will partner directly with Account Executives and Founders to support highly technical buyers such as engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML leaders, ensuring they understand the value of Firecrawl’s data extraction platform.
- • You will lead product demos, build lightweight prototypes, answer complex API and integration questions in real time, and guide prospects through technical evaluations to drive adoption.
- • You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence product direction, improve documentation, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for roadmap prioritization.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in technical pre-sales, solve complex data challenges, and grow into a trusted advisor who bridges customer needs with engineering capabilities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or engineering role
- • Strong coding proficiency (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and comfort working directly with APIs
- • Ability to debug integrations and build prototypes independently
- • Experience supporting developer-focused or API-based products
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex architectures clearly
- • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, startup environments
- • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- • Self-starter mindset with high ownership and urgency
