- • As a Sales Engineer (French) SMB at 1Password, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor driving revenue growth, improving win rates, and accelerating deal velocity for small and medium-sized business customers by providing strategic technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Account Executives to deliver technical support, run discovery sessions with IT admins, security leads, developers, and DevOps engineers, lead proof-of-concept engagements, respond to security questionnaires and RFPs, and position 1Password’s integrated suite of Extended Privilege Management, SaaS Manager, and Device Trust as a Unified Access solution tailored to SMB needs.
- • You will join a kind, curious, and customer-focused Sales Engineering team that collaborates with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Support to create resources, deliver training, and elevate product understanding across the Go-to-Market organization.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in identity and security technologies, master modern sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, gain exposure to AI-driven secrets automation use cases, and develop the ability to bridge technical and business conversations — positioning you for growth in technical sales, solutions engineering, or product enablement paths within a fast-growing cybersecurity leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, preferably in the SMB segment or similar
- • Ability to communicate in French fluently
- • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills to make complex technical information clear and relevant to non-technical stakeholders
- • Experience or strong familiarity with security and identity space, including credential management, privileged access, or secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
- • Working knowledge of identity concepts such as SSO, SCIM provisioning, OAuth/OIDC, and familiarity with MDM/endpoint tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune) or DevSecOps principles
- • Comfort navigating developer-centric conversations around CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) without needing to write code
