You will be instrumental in demonstrating the profound value that UiPath's cutting-edge platform, combining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with advanced AI/ML capabilities, can bring to healthcare organizations, from payers to providers.
- • Your primary mission will be to evangelize the transformative potential of automation, showcasing how it can revolutionize existing business processes and enable the design of entirely new, efficient workflows. You will collaborate closely with our salesforce, acting as a technical expert to uncover and articulate the tangible benefits of our technology. This involves deep dives into customer operations, identifying high-value use cases, and architecting solutions that address critical industry pain points. You will be a key player in securing the technical win, ensuring that prospects and customers fully grasp the capabilities and ROI of the UiPath platform.
- • As a thought leader, you will contribute to advancing the UiPath platform by developing industry-specific solution accelerators and exploring innovative marketplace offerings. Your deep understanding of the healthcare landscape—its unique challenges, regulatory pressures, and emerging opportunities—will be crucial. You will partner with sales teams to craft strategic account plans, brainstorm ways to expand our solution footprint within existing accounts, and clearly define the desired business outcomes for our clients. This collaborative approach ensures that our solutions are not just technically sound but also strategically aligned with our customers' business objectives.
- • A significant part of your role will involve building and delivering compelling, industry-specific demonstrations and Proofs of Value (PoVs). You will conduct thorough process discovery sessions, meticulously analyzing current operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Based on this analysis, you will build a comprehensive backlog of potential automation opportunities and, critically, quantify the business value—such as cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved patient outcomes—that can be unlocked through automation. This data-driven approach is essential for building a strong business case and securing executive buy-in.
- • Beyond customer-facing activities, you will be a vital conduit for feedback, working closely with our Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Your insights from the front lines will help channel crucial customer feedback to continually refine and enhance UiPath's offerings, ensuring they remain at the forefront of innovation. You will also play a key role in sharing lessons learned and best practices with other members of the UiPath Go-To-Market (GTM) team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization. By providing a consistent feedback loop into our product teams, you will directly contribute to ongoing innovation and the sustained improvement of customer satisfaction.
