- • As a Solutions Engineer for New Markets at Vanta, you will lead technical discussions with key prospects and customers in Japan, guiding them toward clarity, feasibility, and alignment on end-to-end solutions while serving as a vital bridge between product development and customer needs.
- • You will partner with pre- and post-sales teams to identify, qualify, and drive new business, expansion, and renewal opportunities, build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders, and influence product strategy through customer feedback.
- • You will join a kind, talented, and diverse team at Vanta, a mission-driven company dedicated to helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification, with headquarters in San Francisco and global offices including Tokyo.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in cloud platforms and enterprise security, develop strategic influence over product priorities, and grow as a trusted technical advisor in the B2B SaaS space while contributing to scalable processes for a best-in-class Solutions Engineering organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent role
- • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
- • Outstanding communication skills, with comfort presenting to both individual contributors and executive decision-makers
- • Strong project management abilities and a proven track record of managing multiple projects independently in ambiguous, startup environments
- • Experience working cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues and drive mutual goals
- • Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations is a plus
- • Prior B2B SaaS experience is ideal
