- • Transform Construction Workflows as our Next Sales Engineer for Tekla Solutions in LATAM! In this pivotal role, you will serve as the critical bridge between technical excellence and business growth, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers master complex steel fabrication and structural workflows. Your expertise will directly drive productivity and digital transformation for industry leaders across Latin America, enabling them to build smarter, safer, and more sustainable infrastructure through Trimble’s industry-leading Tekla solutions.
- • Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations that showcase end-to-end workflows from design and detailing to fabrication management, tailoring each session to address specific customer pain points and regional construction challenges in LATAM markets.
- • Partner closely with the sales team to convert complex opportunities into successful bookings through value-based technical validation, translating technical capabilities into compelling business cases that resonate with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- • Spearhead customer onboarding and early-stage adoption, ensuring a seamless transition from initial interest to full solution implementation by providing hands-on guidance, training, and troubleshooting during critical deployment phases.
- • Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to align local customer requirements with cutting-edge solution capabilities, feeding regional insights into product roadmaps and influencing feature prioritization for LATAM-specific needs.
- • Influence regional strategy by contributing to localization efforts, developing culturally relevant demo assets, and representing Trimble at key industry events across LATAM such as Concrete Show, Expo CIHAC, and Fabtech Latin America to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional experience in construction, structural engineering, or steel detailing and fabrication workflows.
- • Proven technical proficiency with Tekla solutions (Structures or PowerFab) or comparable industry software.
- • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role with the ability to translate technical features into tangible business value.
- • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
