- • Sales Engineering, Technical Customer Support – Brazil (Remote or São Paulo office) – AECO Division
- • Day-to-day: Act as technical reference for customers during implementation and adoption of Trimble solutions; support technical onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for Tekla PowerFab and related AECO technologies; collaborate with internal support, product, and engineering teams on case resolution and escalation; assist in post-implementation continuity and value generation; contribute to localization, documentation, and training materials for the Brazilian market; support technical demonstrations, workshops, and discovery meetings alongside commercial teams; participate in customer visits and regional strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in Portuguese and professional English (B2 level, tested in interview)
- • 3+ years of experience in metal structure fabrication, structural engineering (steel or reinforced concrete), detailing, production processes, or construction technology
- • Experience with Tekla Structures, Tekla PowerFab, or similar systems (e.g., Strumis, Fabtrol) or AECO industry solutions
- • Knowledge of production, fabrication, procurement, inventory, project management, or operational workflows
- • Experience in technical roles with direct customer contact (support, implementation, training, or consulting)
- • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams
- • Analytical, problem-solving mindset
- • Availability for domestic travel (~50%)
