- ⢠This Sales Executive role at Scale Army is critical for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for U.S.-based clients, requiring alignment with U.S. business hours (9 AM ā 5 PM EST) despite being fully remote from locations in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe.
- ⢠Day to day, the person will own and manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, handle customer objections, negotiate terms, maintain and track the sales pipeline, meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas, and build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- ⢠The team operates in a fast-paced, results-driven environment focused on strong sales execution and relationship management to support a growing companyās revenue targets, with the Sales Executive directly contributing to client success and business growth.
- ⢠In this role, the person can develop advanced sales expertise, gain experience in full-cycle sales ownership in a performance-driven setting, improve pipeline management and forecasting skills, and directly impact revenue while building a track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠3+ years of B2C sales experience with a proven track record of success
- ⢠Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- ⢠Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- ⢠Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- ⢠Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- ⢠Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- ⢠Ability to manage and track sales pipeline effectively
