- • As a Sales Executive at Audiohook Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the digital audio advertising space. Your work directly contributes to the company’s mission of delivering innovative ad solutions across podcast, streaming, and digital audio platforms, helping brands connect with engaged audiences in measurable ways.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging your expertise in consultative selling to understand client challenges and position Audiohook’s programmatic audio solutions as strategic assets that drive measurable marketing outcomes such as improved ROAS, lower CPA, and enhanced brand lift.

- • You will collaborate closely with client services, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, optimize campaign performance, and identify expansion opportunities through upsells and cross-sells, directly influencing customer lifetime value and retention.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in the rapidly evolving digital audio advertising landscape, mastering complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes while refining your ability to articulate technical value propositions to brand marketers, agency traders, and performance-focused clients.
- • You will develop advanced skills in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, while building a reputation as a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate emerging audio ad formats and measurement standards.
- • Over time, you will have the opportunity to influence product feedback loops, contribute to go-to-market planning for new audio inventory sources, and potentially mentor junior team members as the sales organization scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in digital advertising, adtech, programmatic, SaaS, or related industries
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (100%+ quota attainment)
- • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, including renewals and upsells
- • Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills, with the ability to tie offerings to client business outcomes
- • Solid understanding of digital media and marketing performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPM, conversion rate, etc.)
- • Experience or interest in audio, podcast, or streaming media advertising is a strong plus
