- • Engage, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads from Forte referral and channel partners into new payment processing clients, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- • Educate prospects on Forte’s payment processing products, capabilities, pricing models, and compliance requirements to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- • Prepare and present tailored proposals, pricing structures, and contracts to executive-level decision makers and key influencers in healthcare and banking/financial institution verticals.
- • Partner closely with referral sources and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure seamless lead handoff, accurate opportunity tracking, and coordinated activation of live payment processing for closed-won deals.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline, opportunity, and forecasting data in Microsoft Dynamics and other CRM/demand-generation tools to support sales planning and reporting.
- • Stay current on competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory requirements impacting electronic payments to inform sales strategies and client conversations.
- • Represent Forte at industry-specific tradeshows and events to build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen referral partnerships in healthcare and financial services sectors.
- • Overcome objections by clearly articulating Forte’s value propositions and aligning solutions with client needs in highly regulated industries.
- • Build and nurture constructive, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external channel partners to drive long-term, sustainable revenue growth.
- • Adhere to all applicable compliance, security, and card-brand rules to ensure ethical and legal sales practices across all customer interactions.
- • Travel up to 20% to meet with partners, attend industry events, and support client onboarding initiatives.
- • Communicate effectively in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding business-level English, to interact with internal stakeholders and external clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience
- • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- • 3+ years of payments sales experience in healthcare and banking/financial institutions
- • Experience selling technology, SaaS, or payment processing solutions using consultative, solution-based selling approaches
- • Experience selling payment processing or merchant services through referral or channel-partner sales models
- • Working knowledge of CRM and email marketing automation systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
