📋 Description

• As a Sales Executive - German Speaking at AnyVan, you will drive revenue by converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings through speed, negotiation, and commercial discipline in a fast-paced reverse auction environment.
• You will own your desk like a business, managing pipeline end-to-end with focus on response time, follow-ups, conversion, margin, and booked revenue while running live reverse auctions to secure the best viable rates from transport partners.
• You’ll thrive in a high-energy, target-driven culture where performance is rewarded, working across shifting schedules in Bogotá to support European customers, with a mission to reduce wasted miles and carbon emissions through efficient logistics technology.
• In this role, you’ll develop advanced negotiation skills, master real-time sales execution, and grow your commercial acumen in a scaling marketplace that values speed, value, and disciplined execution over discount-first tactics.

• Proven success in a high-performance, target-driven sales environment

• Fluency in German, Spanish, and English (spoken and written)
