  • • As a Sales Executive - Italy at AnyVan, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through live reverse auctions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of reducing empty van miles and carbon emissions across Europe.
  • • You will operate in a high-energy, performance-driven environment where speed, negotiation skill, and commercial discipline are essential to success, managing your own sales pipeline like a business and owning outcomes from first contact to booked revenue.
  • • Day to day, you will: own your desk like a business by managing pipeline health, response times, follow-ups, conversion rates, margin, and booked revenue; move fast on warm inbound leads by contacting customers within minutes, qualifying quickly, and maintaining momentum; run live reverse auctions by engaging multiple transport partners to compete for jobs and secure optimal rates; negotiate with confidence to balance customer value and supplier pricing while protecting margin and booking quality; convert with discipline by driving every enquiry to a clear outcome—booked, timed follow-up, or properly closed; upsell value-added services that improve customer outcomes and increase booking value; and track your numbers daily to understand activity-to-revenue levers and optimize performance.
  • • You will join a dynamic, fast-scaling team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town, and Bogota, part of a company that has saved 8,520 tonnes of carbon annually and earned over 150k five-star reviews from 5 million customers in the UK and Europe since its founding in 2009.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced commercial negotiation skills, master high-volume sales execution in a live marketplace environment, build resilience under pressure, and gain deep experience in logistics-driven sales—positioning you for accelerated career growth within a disruptive technology leader that rewards performance with uncapped commission, coaching, and clear progression paths.
