📋 Description

• As a Sales Executive for Cochlear Limited in Kyushu, Japan, you will drive business growth in the implantable hearing solutions market by promoting Cochlear’s innovative products to medical professionals and institutions, directly contributing to improving access to hearing healthcare for aging and pediatric populations.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets, building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers, collaborating with field partners to increase cochlear implant and Baha surgeries, recording customer interactions and surgical schedules in SFDC, supporting marketing initiatives like workshops and seminars, and working with volunteer members to raise awareness about hearing health.
• Cochlear Japan (NCC) is one of the longest-established operations in Asia Pacific, operating since 1989, with a mission to transform hearing loss treatment through innovation and compassionate care. 🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience within the medical industry or medical institutions
• Strong enthusiasm for achieving allocated sales budgets
• Good selling and communication skills
• Result-oriented mindset with ability to analyze and stimulate the market
• Competent spoken English and basic written English for internal processes
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency
• Residence in Fukuoka (福岡在住者)
