- • As a Sales Executive (m/w/d) at Carwow Ltd in Munich, you will play a pivotal role in Europe’s leading automotive marketplace, directly contributing to the seamless buying and selling experience for customers and partners on the platform. Your work ensures that vehicle transactions are facilitated efficiently, driving high conversion rates and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing, technology-driven scale-up.
- • You will advise sellers on the optimal sale of their vehicles via the 'Sell My Car' platform, proactively connecting them with verified partner dealers to create a smooth, end-to-end transaction process that minimizes friction and maximizes trust on both sides.
- • Through consistent, multi-channel communication — including phone, email, and WhatsApp — you will guide sellers through each stage of the sales journey, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a professional, empathetic experience that boosts satisfaction and repeat engagement.
- • Acting as the critical link between private sellers and automotive trade partners, you will prevent deal fall-throughs by actively managing expectations, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum throughout the negotiation and handover phases, directly impacting overall sales volume and platform reliability.
- • You will leverage your automotive industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends, pricing dynamics, and consumer behavior, enabling you to offer informed, tailored advice that positions Carwow as a trusted advisor rather than just a transaction facilitator.
- • By consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets, you will contribute to Carwow’s mission of transforming how Europeans buy, sell, and lease vehicles — supporting the platform’s growth trajectory following the acquisition of Autovia and its expanded reach to over 10 million YouTube subscribers and 350 million annual online readers.
- • You will collaborate closely with Business Development and Account Management teams, forming the third pillar of Carwow’s sales triad, sharing insights and feedback to refine processes, improve partner onboarding, and enhance the overall marketplace ecosystem.
- • Through hands-on engagement with real-time sales data and customer interactions, you will develop strong analytical skills, learning to identify patterns in seller behavior, dealer responsiveness, and market demand to optimize your approach and improve conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in sales, preferably within automotive retail, car dealerships, or a comparable B2B/B2C environment
- • Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging diverse audiences via phone, email, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp
- • Demonstrated enthusiasm for the automotive industry, with up-to-date knowledge of market trends, vehicle valuation, and dealer networks
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to identify sales opportunities, risks, and performance trends
- • Hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environment
