- • The Sales Executive, Mid-Market, Rentals role at Zillow Group is pivotal for driving revenue growth by acquiring partnerships with property management companies nationwide, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping people make smarter decisions about renting, buying, owning, and selling homes.
- • Day to day, the role involves driving the new business sales cycle—identifying potential clients, resolving needs, negotiating, and closing deals—while conducting high-volume regionally based calls and face-to-face meetings, using Salesforce to manage pipelines, attending industry events, and traveling up to 50% to engage with multifamily rental owners and operators.
- • The Rentals Sales Team is a fun, high-energy group committed to delivering best-in-class advertising solutions and business consultation for multi-family partners, leveraging creative technology, strategic data, and training to amplify client growth as true partners in their success.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in multifamily rental markets, master consultative selling with complex decision-makers, build a strong network of industry contacts, exceed sales quotas, and grow into a trusted advisor and brand ambassador who influences product and marketing strategy through customer insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, and/or selling into accounts with complex/multiple decision-makers
- • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics
- • High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a constantly evolving environment
- • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
- • Proficient use of Excel and Salesforce and other data analytic tools, including Google Analytics
