- • As a Sales Executive at Prime Therapeutics, you will drive member growth by developing and executing sales strategies to attract new employer groups within the Blue Plan market, directly contributing to the company’s mission of connecting care beyond profits.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the pharmacy sales process—managing RFPs, negotiating contracts, conducting site visits, coordinating prospecting activities with employer groups and consultants, maintaining accurate pipeline data in Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams to align messaging and go-to-market plans.
- • You will work closely with Assistant Vice Presidents, Employer Account Directors, and the broader sales and account management teams to regain carved-out lives, win new carve-in business, and support retention efforts while identifying priority accounts and developing targeted growth strategies.
- • Prime Therapeutics is a purpose-driven PBM focused on improving pharmacy care access and affordability; this role offers the opportunity to impact healthcare outcomes while building expertise in PBM sales, market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration within a mission-oriented organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience (high school diploma or GED required)
- • 7 years of work experience with operational knowledge of PBM organizations, including at least 5 years in PBM or sales roles
- • Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa or residency sponsorship
- • Working knowledge of Salesforce for pipeline tracking and reporting
- • Ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings, site visits, and internal collaborations
- • Experience selling to ASO Employer Groups (preferred)
